  4. ”We" and "Our" and "Us" means FL.ST® FLORISTRY.COM.KW® and FLORISTRY FLOWERS Website.
  5. We only sell items on our website to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  6. We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website on all aspects. We also reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions.

  1.  All products as depicted on this website ( as may be varied from time to time ) are available for local delivery only to the available areas on our website within the State of Kuwait only.
  2. We do not represent that any item referred on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside Kuwait. If you choose to access this website from locations outside Kuwait as a country, you are responsible for compliance with Kuwaiti laws and courts if and to the extent Kuwaiti laws & courts apply.
  3. When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ( "Order Confirmation E-mail" ).
  4. All items on our website are subject to availability. The colors you see in our photography / videography depends on the resolution of your screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. For example, the bouquets or vases are subject to seasonal availability.
  5. If for any reason the items you ordered on our website are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied on registration and we will either: Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. While if we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.
  6. We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all items listed on our website. Prices are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some items.
  7. Some items or some areas within the State of Kuwait might have delivery charges that will occur to you on your checkout process.

  1. Products are invoiced in Kuwaiti Dinars (Currency: KD / KWD) at the prevailing price as of the time you place your order.
  2. You will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate address, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
  3. We accept payment via Debit Card, Credit Card and seasonally through Paypal payment gateway.
  4. By finalizing your payment process at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on website. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued the email confirmation.
  5. Mistakes happen, so if we have delivered an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible too.
  6. HAPPY TOKENS are discount codes also means promotional codes - Offers are only available through FL.ST & can be redeemed by entering in the HAPPY TOKEN ( Code ) and then clicking APPLY. If you only enter the token without clicking APPLY we will not be able to apply it manually, yet you can redeem it at any other order within the expiry date of this token.
  7. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques while ordering through our website.

  1.  We do not offer same day delivery for all the items listed on our website.
  2. We deliver to most areas in Kuwait, yet not all areas are applicable for delivery.
  3. You will be able to track your order by using the tracking icon on your account page after logging in.
  4. You choose the date of delivery on your cart view while entering the details of your order. You will also be able to view this date of delivery on the confirmation email you receive after processing your payment. And also viewable on your account page after logging in.
  5. If you need the date of delivery to be modified kindly contact us ASAP so we can amend the date of delivery if it is applicable.
  6. You are responsible for the delays with delivery if you do not enter accurate address details and mobile number of recipient along with your contact details and email address.
  7. In case of delivering an order to a hospital / office for an example, the recipient could be the receptionist, we will make them sign a document as a proof of delivery.
  8. In case of delivery while there is no person to receive your order, we will be contacting you immediately on the contact details you have provided on registering.

  1.  If you wish to amend or cancel your order, kindly call us directly on our telephone number stated on our website.
  2. Orders may not be canceled after being dispatched on the date of delivery you have entered. A refund may be requested if an item has not been dispatched for delivery at least 24 hours before the date of delivery.
  3. Order cancelations and complaints will not be taken if 24 hours passed after the time of delivery. The recipient takes responsibility to keep the items delivered by us in a good weather condition that will not affect the shape of the flower.
  4. We will adhere to your request to send the order anonymously. But, in the event that the recipient does not want to accept a gift anonymously, the gift will be returned to us and you will not be able to cancel the order.

"Privacy Policy" means our statement of practice as regards the privacy and security of your information when accessing and/or ordering through our Website and any of the features hereon:

  1. "you" means any and all persons accessing or using this Website. “Recipient” means the person who will be receiving the purchased order by “you” while “You” can be the “Recipient” while personal ordering not sending items on this website.
  2. The personal information we collect from you and about the recipient is 100% confidential and generally used to process your orders or transactions, provide you with high-quality service, inform you about any information we think will be of interest so that we can serve you better. For an example, we may use your telephone number, your email for the following : Confirm an order, Confirm recipient address or message, or send you a newsletterter of an occasion.
  3.  We would never inform the recipient of your name if you keep it anonymous or empty on your checkout process.

We are providing you with a full profile which is only viewable by you on our website. On "MY PROFILE" page you will have to:

  1. Fill in your accurate personal information so we can contact you in case of any update that requires contacting you directly.
  2. Addresses page, where you can retrieve the addresses you have previously sent orders to or you saved to send an order to. You will be responsible to the accuracy the addresses.
  3. Reorder page so you can have a faster process at checkout process in case you are ordering the same item and would like it to be sent to the same location or simply choose another location. The item you would like to order us applied to all points in this terms and conditions page and is subject to availability or change in prices seasonally.
  4. The tracking page will allow you to view the status of your order.
  5. Your history page allows you to see all previous orders and how lucky we are to have you!
